Our Process

Explorer & Discovery

The first step we take is investigating the proposed software. This allows us to build out a back log of high level items that will need to be implemented for the solution to be completed.

Refine & Require

After we've built out a backlog of required functionality for our software solution we need to refine a few of those items. We'll define the requirements surrounding a few of the necessary items to get started in preparation to begin sprinting.

Sprint

It's time to sprint! Now that we've got enough of our backlog define we're going to sprint for a little while, typically 2 weeks. At the end of our sprint we'll put on a show and demonstrate the value that we've added to your software and prepare for our next iteration.

Adapt & Refine

Throughout the process we continue to adapt our backlog and requirements. This allows us to take an agile approach to software development and pivot as our client and projects needs change.

Selected Pixel, LLC is owned and operated by Jameson Parker and located in Milwaukee WI. We've been working with clients all over the United States for the past 10 years.
